I’ve been a customer with cmax optical for more than 5 years and all I can say is their service is amazing. Monique is wonderful and always ready to help her customers. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is interested in buying eyeglasses, contact lenses, eye exams, etc. ☺️☺️
Terrible customer service! It takes them 10 minutes just to notice someone is standing there. I understand there are other customers that need to be tended to before me, but you should professionally communicate and say, “One moment, I’ll be right with you.” I work in retail customer service myself, and this is absolutely disappointing and disgusting. I recently had my eye examination with Dr. Harpreet, and it was an excellent experience. He was thorough, attentive, and very professional. The examination was fully detailed, and all my questions were answered with patience and clarity.I am very satisfied with the level of care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Harpreet for quality eye care.
