Great customer service! They did everything right to make sure we got what we needed, budget and time wise. Kiran gave me a late appointment to accommodate with my job! We're happy with our glasses!
The lady working there seemed unsure of what she was doing. She confused us about our coverage, and every other person gave us conflicting information. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’ll likely end up wasting your time and money.

Worst Management... I phoned them before visiting the store and they accepted me for walk in and after waiting there for almost an hour and when only one patient was left ahead of me, Monika told me that I have to wait for another hour because the ppl who had booked appointments with them have shown up.... She just removed me from the queue... Had never seen such kind of unprofessionalism.... Would never go back
