Quick and easy
Everyone is nice but they overcharge. I called another place for the same service and it was less than half the price they estimated here. Also they didn’t clamp my air filter lid back down so it was just hanging off when I opened the hood.
I brought my Lincoln in for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment. I took it to the dealership specifically because I didn’t want to risk any mishaps. I waited in the dealership for 1.5 hours, which was not a big deal since I had the time, however on my drive home my car started to smell like it was burning off oil. I immediately brought it back to find out the maintenance technician had spilled oil on my engine.
