Actually went to the service department and dropped our 2018 Ford Explorer off to have new OEM Key Fob programmed for the Explorer. They made sure we understood that if the key fob was not an OEM, it might not take the program but they would have to charge us. I appreciated this and I double checked the efficacy of the key fob before showing up. We were in and out in less than an hour thanks to Ashley and Dave! The key works flawlessly. Actually went to the service department and dropped our 2018 Ford Explorer off and they diagnosed the check engine light and replaced the O2 sensor. They also did a full system diagnostic and put it on the lift to check out a potential brake problem. They communicated at every step and got us back on the road in short order and fixed the problem for the estimated price. Great job. We will be back!
