Very disappointed with my recent experiences with the Nissan service department. I purchased my vehicle from Nissan and expected better service and attention to detail. The first time, I was told my new vehicle was ready after they had worked on an issue with it. When I arrived, the vehicle wouldn’t even start. If you tell a customer their vehicle is ready, I would expect it to at least be properly tested before they arrive to pick it up. Then I brought it back for routine service and recalls. These guys are always so nice and take time to answer any questions I may have . I don't let anyone deal with my 4 Runner except them! I definitely recommend them!
I love the service dept staff @ Valley Nissan. I arrived a little early for my appt and they were polite, didn't mind and I still received quick service. Love the videos Zach always sends of my car to review. What a great team.
