The service team was responsive, respectful, and fair. I would recommend their services and we will be returning in the future.
The service department took a look at my car 2 hours earlier than my scheduled time appointment. Yes, I dropped my car off the day before. My problem was diagnosed then and a phone call to me stated the problem, the plan of action and the cost for the repair. Also, the completion time for the repair. When picking my car up, I had a great conversation with a service rep who gave me a couple ideas for correcting a setting on my wife’s car. We are 7 Hyundai owners , all from this dealer. I have never had such bad service from a place. The car had more problems when I got it back then when it went in. Kept getting a phone call saying it was going to cost me more money every time. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Worse mechanics I’ve ever seen and dealt with.
