As always, wonderful service and on time as promised.
Always amazing service. Mindy always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I love that they offer me a courtesy vehicle to allow me to get to work and swing back at lunch when car is ready. They have even brought my car right to my office. The service team is amazing and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. That is hard to find in a service industry nowadays.
I don’t remember the name of the young lady at the front service desk, but she’s always prompt, professional, and on point. The only issue I had beyond the recommended service for my leased vehicle was a discrepancy with the rubber gasket that surrounds the moonroof on the 2023 Subaru Forrester. The vehicle is less than two years old so I’m hoping the dealership says it’s a warrantee’d item and covered at no cost since it was probably due to the hot summer sun, melting or baking it away.
