The customer service during my oil change was great. The employees were very friendly and communicative, and worked to have my vehicle done as quickly as possible. I also like the feature where they text me a link to a video of my vehicle explaining what they see in real time. I’ll be returning. Good job, Subaru!
Did not have a good experience. Did not expect to have to deal with animals being at the dealership. Dogs being brought into dealership, unleashed and saw one dog jump all over other people. Just because some may think it's okay others do not. To spend money paying for a service yet be uncomfortable and paranoid is unacceptable to me.
