Mindy is always so friendly and helpful. I have only had good experiences there.
I can say only great things. The time estimate for my service was 1 hour, 15 minutes and took only 45 minutes. The cost estimate was $400 and was actually only $373. They proactively provided me with a list of service items and intervals, highlighting what I would need and not need. And the service person was really friendly and helpful. Oh, and the waiting area is a great place to remote-work while waiting for the service to complete. As a new customer, there is nothing I would suggest for improvement.
I took our Subaru Crosstrek down there to have a fairly esoteric repair, replacing the CVT parking break switch. It was 35-40 minutes each way, with two other dealers much closer, but it was worth it. CMA’s had quoted me a much better price than one other dealer, and it looked to be exactly what is posted on the NHTSA.gov site for this repair.
