Over charged on work done on my Frontier. Received an email from Colonial that offered 20 % discount on brakes. Another coupon for $20 off for an oil change and another coupon offering $20 off parts and labor. When I showed the service advisor the email I was told they could only offer one coupon and others would not be able to be used. I saw nothing in my email saying only one coupon was available. The service advisor was very professional. However I feel misled.

CMA replaced the transmission in our 2020 Yukon. Was a tough situation as GMC stopped making the part for 6 months. Michael and Ka-Tari did a great job advocating for us with GMC to get the parts asap. Once the parts arrived they installed them immediately. Throughout the ordeal with GMC, the CMA team dealt with the situation as well as they could - keeping us updated and working with GMC to cover as much of the repair as possible. Very appreciative of all of their help.
