*update* After 4 months of calling and waiting, still no response. They were fast to comment on here but nothing in real life. If there was a zero star option for the management of this business I’d choose that. Highly do not recommend dealing with them. Took car in for inspection and oil change. Had regular oil changes elsewhere--no problem. Said oil plug was fouled, couldn't unscrew or screw back in. Gave a list of a couple thousand dollars worth of things that had to be fixed. Most of which had been like this for years and passed inspection no problem elsewhere. Headlight restoration required to pass (slightly off, but still plenty bright), wipers different brands (who cares?), tire pressure lights on (yeah it's an old car but the tire pressure is good), hood doesn't lift... read more
