I had a very disappointing experience with this notary. I paid in advance ($125 via Zelle) for a remote notarization session that never happened. Despite confirming a time, the notary missed the appointment and did not provide the service. When I requested a refund, I was told I would only receive a partial refund because of “time spent preparing documents” — even though no notarization took place, no Zoom link was ever provided, and the service I paid for was never delivered. Carolym is very efficient, most reliable and her years of experience show. I was involved in a complicated legal case and she knew just what paperwork had to be filed, how the complaint needed to be structured and what additional forms needed to accompany it . She is quick and does not waste time. I would use her again, without hesitation! She is AMAZING.
