Worst company ever - 30 days with MSI and 90 days with CmA same container same destination - first was 37 days and every two days they change it and delaay to 3 months
Shit company, they keep sending me threatening emails to pay an invoice they've confirmed isn't mine to pay, as I was never their client!
I had a difficult experience and situation at first but once I was able to reach the customer service department (Carlos specifically was so knowledgeable and supportive) they were able to help me sort out the issues I had and cared very much about my experience, future shipments and issues caused. I am very impressed with that. I am glad they care about their customers and working hard to help us with issues because there is a lot to navigate when importing shipments for businesses so it is very appreciated! The team went above and beyond to solve a problem that could have cost us thousands. Customer service was excellent, the sales team did an amazing job, and the equipment team stayed on top of everything. 10/10 — highly recommended!
Really horrible company who keeps your container longer than necessary to drive up demurrage charges. Sends the invoice late and then only has wire transfer as the option to pay which obviously takes a few days and oh well they don't work on the weekends so have to pay more days charges. Customer service spins you round and round and does not accept any responsibility or help in any way.
