Si j'avais la possibilité vous n'aurez meme pas eu une étoile car c'est trop donné...Très mauvais service... les dates ne feront que changer, minimum de 90jours pour le transport d'un conteneur qui se fait en 45 jours habituellement avec des concurrents... A éviter absolument.. une Catastrophe
Terrible service, they change your containers schedules with no reason, customer service is the worst they hang up your calls, never have information, don't listen, nobody knows anything there. They just don't care. Nightmare - have a container to arrive on May 29th and they just change schedule to arrive on Aug 19th 3 months after from Canada to Colombia simply unacceptable.
Un cauchemar ...une catastrophe....la pire entreprise de tous les temps...elle doit être poursuivi en justice ....c horrible comme expérience...EVITEZ LA!!!!
