Please don't use this company (im trying to save you the pain and anger)if you want your container to be delivered in a timely manner. they are the slowest moving company in the world. The customer service is good for nothing. the will take your call and will answer your questions. BUT NOTHING GETS DONE. Days later after calling lots of time and emailing them and you pass your LFD than you'll get an email about delivery with a few extra charges to boot. Seaboard is Better
They never call back... very poor service overall with CMACGM. I'm taking my business to another shipping company.
I have a container which grounded in Houston on Aug 8 2022. Today is Aug 17 2022. The container is still in Houston. When calling import customer service, you stay on hold for hours upon hours. They say leave your number and we will call you within the hour, hell no. You never get a phone call back. When things go smooth they are pretty good ocean carrier. But good luck in trying to get answers to why the container is still stuck in Houston.
Amazing venue for wedding. Attended a cousins wedding here.
