Was put on hold for 45 minutes and treated badly by reception desk. Still on hold.
They took great care of my mother.
The location changes for the cardiologist office was not communicated or provided prior to my father's appointment. Every patient that arrived complained about having to search for the office and their failure to communicate with their patients. Greater than 75% of the patients were Senior Citizens and out of breath by the time they reached the office. On top of that we arrived an hour and 1/2 early only to sit and wait nearly an hour past his appointment time.
