For over 8 years I have been using CMA Agency. They are not only some of the most professional individuals that I have dealt with, but they have gone above and beyond what I think an Insurance Agency does based off numerous other carriers I have been with. Thanks to CMA, I save a bunch on my car and house insurance.
The customer service for this company is extremely horrible. The reps. do not return calls, unless it's for an addition on to your policy. We locked the keys in our car and called a locksmith back in June. It is currently October and we still haven't been reimbursed. Each time I call I get someone else in the office (small office no more than 8 people) and each time they tell me something different. One of the reps.
