Chaos and Misery Transmissions is just that. A small corner of hell on earth. Worked here personally just to see the owner blow cash out of his hind end and neglect to pay his employees. The owner is now incarcerated so I'll never see a dime from all the hours I've worked. Now I have to spend more unpaid hours working on assisting previous customers to retrieve vehicles.
Really didn’t want to do a bad review on a small shop but this has became too large of an expense to let it go under the radar. I purchased a truck last year with a transmission done by C & M with a one year warranty on parts and labor. Early February I lost all forward gears in the truck. Called the shop and they said they’d be happy to look at it and I told them if the problem was out of the warranty I’d be willing to pay for whatever it needed. Fixed my wheel bearings. Good job. A little pricy. 300.00 for replacing bearings on one wheel. And another 300 having to stay one night at the Virginian Hotel for a 9 AM appointment.
I've had various repairs done on my Lexus SUV and my daughter's Malibu by C&M. This is the most honest, reliable, and skilled automotive repair shop I've seen in many years! I highly recommend Chason/C&M to anyone in need of repairs!
