After being recommended to try Bowen technique to help keep my pelvis aligned during my pregnancy with my second baby, I found Claire, and I’m so glad I did. Claire was really supportive of my disabled mum. She tailors her care to clients and did that for my mum, adjusting the type of treatment depending on the type of discomfort/pain, the area affected and level of work needed for improvement. Mum felt less alone in her path to wellbeing and Claire went above and beyond in ensuring mum's safety, comfort as well as being flexible with which times would work best. Thank you, Claire! After our first Bowen session, my TMJ pain was improved by at least 70% and is almost completely gone after the second session! I’m so impressed and grateful. I had been quite worried about the pain because it seemed to be getting worse and worse each day, so the fact that it improved so much so quickly after your treatments is a huge relief. My son and I used to have very bad hay-fever for years, streaming nose, very itchy eyes etc. But since we have both been getting Bowen treatment from Claire for around 5 years, now we do not get hay-fever at all!!! It is amazing and I would highly recommend Claire. I also sometimes get Bowen from Claire for physical discomforts like strained shoulder, sore knee and hips and she skillfully uses Bowen to realign my joints and tissues to relieve the pain and discomfort.
