Dropped off a jacket on June 7 to have the sleeves lengthened by ¾ inch. Was quoted $42 and told to come back on the 14th—seemed straightforward. When I showed up, the jacket was missing at first, then found on a random rack. The gentleman looked unsure, and when I tried it on, it didn’t feel like anything had been done.
