Dropped off a jacket on June 7 to have the sleeves lengthened by ¾ inch. Was quoted $42 and told to come back on the 14th—seemed straightforward. When I showed up, the jacket was missing at first, then found on a random rack. The gentleman looked unsure, and when I tried it on, it didn’t feel like anything had been done. I’ve been here three times now, and they are fantastic, super nice and friendly service, reasonable prices, and excellent work. This is my go to tailor.
Gentleman greeted me and asked how he could help. I put a suit on the counter and told him I needed it tailored. He told me he was too busy and wrote down a number to another shop. I wasn’t in any rush and would have waited weeks for it, but he never asked. There was only one customer in the lobby waiting. Disappointed.
