Mike was excellent to deal with, he is passionate about what he does. He doesn't try and oversell anything, just tells things as they are. He is very responsive, always making himself available to answer my questions. I would highly recommend using C&M Superior Systems for all your cottage docking needs.
Had a new combination fixed, floating dock and access ramp installed in 2022. Fabulous product. To add a flagpole and to safely moor a restored classic wooden boat this year (2026) I approached Carol and Michel for product advice, selection and installation. All done as ordered in impeccable fashion. I would never go anywhere else given the product quality, and outstanding service support.
Updated (May 2026) - I wrote my initial review based on having purchased our new dock with C&M superior systems. But now, I want to acknowledge the after-sale service - which, to me, is even more important. As new cottage/dock owners, Mike & team talked me "off the ledge" - and stepped up to help in a really timely fashion. Can't voice enough how much that was appreciated. Purchased the lake bottom mount with the Arbrux 1/2hp blower. I can honestly say it is worth every penny. The power and portability has saved me hours of raking and rolling the lake bottom at our cottage trying to get rid of the weeds and muck. This blower has gotten rid of a large amount of muck from the bottom, leaving a sand and rock bottom in one day only. We’ve gone from having a weed infested waterfront to perfectly swim able water. We purchased a new dock system in 2024. Mike, Carol and crew were wonderful and installed everything within a day. They explained how all the pieces worked and how to dismantle in fall and re-install in the spring. We would definitely recommend them!
