They are just rude, disgusted and not professional at all. Their staff put on their advertisement board without any consultation and discussion with the fence owner which led to my fence bend and scratch damage.Without permission, they bolted and made huge damage to other people’s property.They have no common sense of what is private property at all. Do not trust them if you do not want to get into legal affairs and become unfortunate.

I’m so over dealing with C&M. Unfortunately they list majority of the properties in the area I was after. I put an offer for a property, got told it was rejected and Claudio put me in a bidding war with another potential buyer. When I told him I couldn’t increase my offer any higher he very rudely told me to go ask mum and dad for an extra 20k, as if he knows my situation.
