We had such a great experience with John from C+M! As first home buyers with not much idea what we were doing, we felt supported every step of the way. We felt like John did well to balance both our interests and the sellers. We visited quite a few open for inspections in the area and always saw it as a good sign when C+M were the associated agents. Very professional, kind and considered.
As new home buyers, John from start to finish went above and beyond for us. Communication was always clear, prompt, yet allowed time to cover any questions we had with the new process. John was the agent for multiple properties in the Pascoe Vale area that we were looking at and had endless knowledge of all his properties and the area. Throughout and after the sale of the property John remained this way, answering our questions with advice and genuinely ensuring we were ready for settlement.
At the initial stage when you're looking at their properties to rent, they seem really nice and welcoming. In fact, they heavily pressure you to leave a positive Google review right at the start of the tenancy when their behavior is at its best—which is the only reason their rating is this high.
