I purchased my new first home off the plan through C+M (John). Based on their advertisement, the settlement meant to be in 90 days. I received the keys 4 months later. Communication regarding the delays were 0 during this time. I continuously had to chase information to understand when I'll have the settlement. The property was not fully completed when keys received, they were having difficulty even provide access to the property for valuation during the process.
