Horrible experience dealing with Chealsy…never answers the phone and when she does, all she knows how to do is recite textbook definitions of insurance loopholes instead of trying to address actual issues. This company should be ashamed of itself for the way they handle their at-fault claims.
Trying to get a hold of someone is terrible. No one answers the phone, no matter what option you choose.
