My girlfriend was long distance traveling and got a nail in her tire. After already waiting 2 hours for roadside assistance she drove to CM tires where she was told to wait as they were on lunch for the next hour... As a mechanic myself I was disgusted by the lack of customer service and basic human empathy shown by this business. I can't count how many times I've skipped lunch entirely to help someone in a pickle out. Do better
Everyone there has been super helpful. We have shown up there twice now unannounced to fix our dump truck tires and they we quick and professional
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. They do great work, and they get it done quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
