Try to up-sell, and will try to scam you. Was told had warranty for longer than I did and instead of a simple fix told me I had to buy a whole new pair of glasses whent to another store and fixed the problem for 15 dollars.
This place uses scummy business practices and I would highly recommend avoiding them at all cost. They are not upfront about their cost and mislead you into thinking additional services are included in what you already paid. Then leave you with bill.
