The CM Nissen team did excellent work on several projects at our home, which included remodeling two bathrooms and rebuilding a deck. We have used Mike and Chad Nissen multiple times and have only had excrellent experience and quality work. We’ve had two different roofs put on, a total unfinished basement remodel on a high end rental, a carport and a challenging deck with difficult engineering issues. They can do nearly everything themselves. not having to interface with multiple contractors etc. My highest reommendation.

Chad and Mike Nissen have completed 3 projects at my home over the last 4 years. The largest was a complete removal of a large deck. It was rebuilt using all the right materials for a deck that will perform well and last many years. Two other projects involved installing brand new windows and painting. Adding more light and enhancing the architecture of the rooms. They are always prompt, communicative and very easy to work with.
