Not recommended, We have been in our home a little over 2 years and experienced multiple roof leaks ( Roof warranty falls within 1 year builder warranty.), plumbing leaks and additional repairs needed due to these issues.

C&M homebuilders have a wonderful crew of people assigned to each area of the homebuilding process. We have been impressed with everyone's willingness to make things just right. The craftsmanship and details were top-notch throughout our home. We were incredibly impressed with the contractors in all areas of our home building process. C&M was absolutely fantastic from the beginning steps of planning our home to the completion of making it our home.

Note: This is my initial experience after working with C&M on our new home for the past 3 weeks. So far, it's mixed feelings: Happy, sad, frustrated, and stressed.
