They are very unreliable and unprofessional. We were given false and misleading information in which led to further damages that cost us a lot more to repair. We will make sure that none of our families, friends, and neighbors. Never use you for any services whatsoever.
I highly recommend C &M Heating and Cooling. Marcus is an honest hard working person. He takes pride in his work. Marcus takes the time to explain the issue, what needs to be done and once job is completed, and reviews the work with the customer. Among other work he has done in my home, he recently replaced a gas water heater, venting, and plus. The best way I can describe his work... is that he took a heating and plumbing pile of mess and constructed an organized reliable system. Thank you, Marcus!
My furnace stopped working and was very thankful for C&M fitting me into their schedule the next day. Identified the problem quickly and had the furnace up and running. Fair industry pricing and great customer service. Definitely plan on using them for yearly maintenance.
I had no heat so I called Marcus. He came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired the issues that I had with my boiler. He went above and beyond, paid attention to detail and was very professional. He even took the time to explain what the problems were and what he did to fix them. He will definitely be my boiler repair technician in the future.
