Did not use them for service per se. I was out of town. Wife called them to come out and locate the septic. At the time she was unaware they only served aerobic systems. Ours is conventional. The person who arrived walked out to the back yard for 5 mins then knocked on the door telling my wife the whole system needed to be replaced because “it was not in code” they conveniently already priced it all out for her and quoted 10k for a new system.
