Can’t get anyone to return calls and emails. Poor quality and unable to help
Cabinets that peel, varnish that wipes off, poor quality work. They WILL NOT respond to you or take accountability for their poor quality work. They only honor any warranty (if you can get them to respond) from when they are installed, not from when you move in on a new home build. So in my case, they installed the cabinets many months before we moved in, and after we closed on the house, they only would warranty them for a few more months. I recently closed on my new home and the cabinets throughout are incredible! Tonya was so easy to work with, being I have no design skills and she is fantastic! Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend this shop for anyone who needs a personalized experience instead of the cookie cutter stuff you get other places.
I would not recommend using C&M Custom Cabinetry in Smyrna, Tennessee. We had cabinets installed in 2017 and one of the cabinet doors turned yellow in the corner in 2019, I emailed them and they had us bring the cabinet in and they fixed it. The cabinet has turned yellow again and the response I was given was "Unfortunately, we are booked up solid and unable to assist you with this project.
