He used a drone to locate areas of concern. Then personally got up on the roof to inspect more thorough. It was an all around great experience. Our project manager, Camen was professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The installers showed up on time and did a great job with both the install and the clean up. I would highly recommend CM Contracting!
Ugg - a storm caused serious roof damage and I dreaded trying to get it repaired. BUT - I had the good fortune to work with C/M Contracting. They guided me through the entire process! They worked with my insurance, patiently answered questions and made replacing the roof painless! I’d encourage anyone with roof problems to choose C/M Contracting. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I have a new roof that looks great!
Today a crew of four men from CM Contracting replaced the roof on our Wooster home. I honestly can’t think of any aspect of their work that could be improved upon! Arriving before sunrise, they tarped around the house to prevent damage, and before you know it, the old roof was torn off and into the moveable, grass-friendly dumpster. They worked in perfect harmony, renewing drip edge, then nailing down shingles faster than the eye could follow. Seriously! Our son referred us to Camen James from C M Contracting because he was so satisfied with his new roof. So we called Carmen and he was very easy and nice to work with. Then when job was scheduled Sofia from his office kept us updated on work schedule. Then the crew came out and did an excellent job. We were very happy with this company and the people we worked with and would certainly use them again.
