Leo and Everett did an amazing job! I had some special requests, including deep cleaning several carpeted rooms, two flights of carpeted stairs, and some upholstered furniture. Every time I asked a question, they were friendly and always had a “can do” attitude, which made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. i really appreciated the service and friendly communication! they cleaned two of my favorite oriental rugs, and the results were fantastic. everett took the time to explain how to take care of my freshly cleaned and scotch-guarded rugs, which was super helpful. what stood out was the honesty—i wasn’t pushed to buy anything extra for my rugs or floors, just what was truly needed. it made me feel like they really care about their customers in la mesa. i’ll definitely keep coming back for future carpet cleaning!

We recently had our carpets cleaned in our new home since the previous owners didn’t take good care of them. At first, I thought the carpets were okay, but after Leo pointed out a few hidden spots, I realized they needed much more attention. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service! They really go the extra mile. Leo came out to clean our carpets in La Mesa, and now our home looks and smells amazing.
