I had a wonderful experience at this shop!!! Clean, fun, comfortable environment with respectful and polite staff members (stylists). Famous is a fantastic stylist!! I just love my beautiful large knotless braids!!! Will return!!!
I usually enjoy my experience here but today disappointed me so much that I have to leave a review on what happened. I booked an appointment for a quick weave at 11:40 am with the stylist named Imani. I don’t mind waiting to get in the chair most times because I know that styles can run over, but I didn’t get in her chair until 2. And I just thought that was a little inconsiderate of my time. Bad communication, hair fell apart twice so far. Never again. Yea I am gonna come on here and say bad communication because 1. I had to go in your store 3x just to book an appointment because i never got a response from the stylist the 5x I initially texted her so yea that’s BAD communication. Secondly if I had to go back there once to get my hair fixed and it fell apart a SECOND time I’m surely not going back AGAIN to get it fixed so it can fall apart a THIRD time.
