Caitlin was frickin' sweet I had had a handful of really rough days prior to booking my first time appointment with her. But despite my last minute booking; as well as poor preparation, high stress from sleep deprivation and rough looking exterior... Love love love my hair! I’ve bounced around to a couple of stylists over the years trying to find a good fit & I feel like I finally found the one! Cait is responsive, communicative & collaborative. She set realistic expectations & we made a long term plan to reach my hair goals. Not to mention the top notch custom hair care line?! If you’re on the fence, do yourself & book the appt. I’ve been walking around flipping my hair all day, can’t recommend enough!
