i have never felt so unsafe and unprepared going into back country. my family had used this company before with a different guide a few years back and it sounded lovely. sadly, our experience early january 2026 was horrific involving a very scary crash due to lack of safety measures. The folks answering the phone and setting up the arrangements are outstanding! When I was trying to make the reservation, they didn't have a boat available. A short time after I got off the phone with them, they called me back to say they had an older model with no stereo that I could reserve. I was SO excited to be able to get a boat and super appreciated they went out of their way to find us something. Rented a 15 person patio boat Super fun, plenty of power to pull a 3 person tube. So enjoyable for all. Had a slide from the top that the kiddos really liked.
We did a full day snowmobile rental, and it was easily our favorite day of our vacation. I’ve never driven a snowmobile before, but the employees were so thoughtful and kind, really going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The gear we rented was comfortable and kept us very warm. Sooooo glad we found this place!
