What a Joke! Don't even know where to start. Took a three week old luxury SUV in to have a dent in back hatch repaired. Was told 3 days. Three & a half weeks later.. The vehicle came out worse than it went in. Had to replace the entire hatch at another shop. All the inside panels, clips broken and the panels were screwed in with sheet metal screws. Portion of the back glass was sanded and then a glaze was put on it to mask the sanded swirl marks. Paint a total mismatch. Costed me over ten time the repair bill to have everyth... read more
Still waiting to get in contact with Chris. The shop was paid for repairs in March and they were not completed. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
