Called these guys about a mysterious rear suspension creak that developed in my 2010 CR-V while we were staying on the Island in the midst of a cross-Canada road trip. Melissa was very accommodating and agreed to squeeze us in the next day, even though they were slammed with work. Before I took it in, I flushed a bunch of the dead bugs and red PEI mud off the car, and I must have knocked a clod of dirt in the undercarriage off that was causing the creak, because the noise disappeared.
