I've made 5 bottle drops since opening a clynk account. Each time I've checked my account, it has shown an even dollar amount with no change, which I thought was very odd. And my last bag showed a $2.00 total which I believe should have been quite a bit higher. I contacted the company and was sent the records, which show each dropoff total to have dollars and cents, so I asked why my account doesn't show that. I find it very convenient there's no hassle just drop off the bag and your done the customer service department is very helpful and nice with any questions or concerns
Clynk has been great for returning bottles to recycle! I use credits for groceries. It's easy to drop the bags and not wait in line. It's awesome.
Heather helped me on the issue I got while printing the bag tag. She is a great help.
I have always been shorted on my bags. Hate it. I dropped off 4 full bags with mostly cans and only got $7 and change? Doesn’t add up when I used to get $5/bag anywhere else. I’m pissed off and DONT RECOMMEND
