The decor was adorable but it was super messy and dirty. The staff was slammed and understaffed and did not wear gloves while constantly cross contaminating everything they touched. They had one server constantly working the coffee station which was slow and tedious which left one gal taking all the orders and one gal fulfilling all the complicated orders AND having to clean all the blenders/mason jars/scoops etc AND accommodating all the entitled patrons asking for taste tests of ice cream while the line was out the door. Literally walked in at 9:42 and the guy behind the bar said to the people in front of us, sorry we're closing in 2 minutes we're no longer serving
Would have loved to have been able to leave a 5 star review like so many other patrons. Flew all the way to Montana and planned our day and meals around getting to finally try the peanut butter pinecone. Got to the counter and we were told that they didn’t have any clean mason jars. I said, we are willing to wait for one to be cleaned if they could let me know about how long it would take. We were really excited to try a milk shake tonight. We drove here and ordered and the girl at the counter asked if we would be ok with getting it in a to go cup. We said we preferred the glass mugs because that’s part of the presentation. My husband said how long will it be for a glass mug and she said that she didn’t know that they were really slam busy and there was only three people working there and she didn’t know when they would have time to clean some.
