The owner told me he had 2 tires of the right size. He quoted me $50 cash out the door. I agreed and left 2 rims. While his employee started the work, I went to get cash. I came back and he told me that 1 of the rims leaked. I told him i had another one and he wanted to sell me one for $25. I said i would go get the other one and paid him the $50 cash.
