Called in regards to a tent rental. The lady answering the phone was not wanting to help. Said she is declining my request because she doesn’t want to help accommodate our event. Very disappointed- do not recommend.

i would give them -5 if i could most unprofessional and unhelpful service that they provide they came out to perdido key to barely pump out 20 gallon lift station and charged me $450 for it not only that but he did not have the right tools to service the pump and was asking us to go get the tools from the store to service it and he called racial slurs at my parents for not knowing English and said why do you come to America if you dont know English and much more.
