Thank goodness this business is gone. They are not people of their word. They give you dates and don't deliver. Their work is sub-par. If they finish your job you are lucky. If they do your job right you are incredibly lucky. They have no idea what they are doing and should be out of business. They make promises and don't keep them. They hired LSCook Contractors to install cement around the pool they installed for us and there was a crack. Took almost 2 years to get pool in and installed. After installed pool moved approx 8-12 inches from deck and bottom poles protruding thru bottom of liner. Crew stated pool unsafe to be in never returned my phone calls or answered messages left. Made trip to Clydes to find poster on door stating temporarily closed. Learned today they were going out of business. Lots of money for a pool for 2 months.

Very unprofessional and unethical, like other reviews here have stated they have terrible followup with customers. They blew out my light while installing new liner and it took over a year and lie after lie for them to come back and replace it. Then they put in a plain white light when they knew mine was a color changing expensive led light. Do not expect any follow up after a pool installation. They are lucky that there are no other pool companies to compete with them in this area. Looking back I should have sued them in sm... read more

We had our pool installed by Clyde's Pools this spring! Could not be more pleased, the spring rains delayed the build by a several weeks, the staff and build crew did a good job of keeping us updated on what was going on... After all the rain delays the finished product was amazing and service after install has been great so far...

This company lacks the ability to communicate efficiently with their clients. Install date was changed several times with no updated information on install dates. It was a rainy spring, but communication about changes would have been beneficial and possibly change our perspective of the company. We feel we were told what we wanted to hear in order to choose this company. Office staff even visited my work to allow me to pick out liner and other items. *No communication- They assume you should know *No phone/In person contact *No one shows up *No instructions/manuals *No paperwork of any kind regarding ANY warranties *Paid in cash to get "a better deal"- found out later we paid the same price as anyone paying with a check *The worst PR/Customer Satisfaction I've EVER seen from a business

We hired Clydes Pools, *********** IN to install a fiberglass pool. Excavation for the inground pool began May 22, 2017 and was completed around June 20, 2017. Excavation, pool installation, leveling of the pool, and backfill went well and was expertly done. After that, things went downhill which left us very unhappy with the outcome. -The concrete pool coping has several ugly cracks and areas of missing chunks of concrete.
