Clyde recently provided a quote for surround sound/home audio system. He charged us $3600 for equipment but wasn't able to provide us the installation at the price quoted. When we tried to return the equipment he alluded my wife's calls. When we confronted him at his store, he told us that he was going to send us a check for $500 for his error. We have never seen our money from him. I won't do business with Clyde again.
