Great experience at this body shop. Everyone was kind and supportive throughout the process and I highly appreciated the early return of my car with it being finished a week ahead of time. Will be returning here for sure if my car ever needs body work again!
They always kept me updated on where my car was at in the process. They were very nice every time I spoke with them, answered l my questions I had. Definitely will use them again if needed!! I would recommend them! They took the time to finish my car as I was in need of it for a job, and they spent the extra time to finish it for me. I really appreciated that!!

The back of my Tesla had a incident with our garage door and it made a cosmetic wrinkle in the lift gate. My estimate at Carstar was fair and they got the car in right away. The repairs were completed promptly and it looks like new. The work was even finished 10 days before the initial time estimate. I was extremely pleased with the professional workmanship and the friendly staff who kept me well informed on the progress.
Took my car here as AAA recommended them and warranties their work. Tesla certified. It took ages to get an appointment but after having the work done, I totally understand why— their work is impeccable. I feel like my car left the shop better than it was before the accident. How is that possible!? It’s beautiful and they did a phenomenal job. They text you updates on progress, coordinate the rental car, lots of handholding. I couldn’t recommend them more. So so grateful and happy.
