Most disappointing experience and customer service I’ve ever had. Went in for a simple door dent repair in an F150 truck. First they did a horrible splotchy paint job and then replaced the truck with a knock off non-powered mirror. Took zero accountability and had to drive in a second time. Third fix they “ordered the wrong parts” and “forgot” to fix the door paint. Currently they have had my truck for 2 weeks, no updates. Someone backed slowly into my car and left some dents. I'm very happy with the body work CarStar has done. They replaced 2 panels and the bumper and seemlessly blended everything with the door and the rest of the car. My car looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you for the great work!
