Amazing customer service and great people. Helped me right away when I had an issue with my backplate for my license and under carage. Lorenzo is great and helped me a lot.
My Tesla has been rear ended twice over the last couple years and both times, I have taken it to this location and it's been amazing each time. My car is done in a very timely manner, open communication with updates, and nothing but a positive experience each time.
My experience was great, kept me informed the whole way. When I received my truck back it was almost perfect!
Fantastic service and results! My car had been side swiped and it's now good as new. Carstar and Tammy went above and beyond working with the insurance, matching the paint color perfectly, and smoothing out the dents. Highly recommend Carstar Arvada!
