Blue wing, this surgery is extremely bad the attitude of the nurses and doctors is terrible, It seems like the receptionists are desperate to be offended marking down everything you say and being scrutinized by doctors, NHS using psychics for depression? even when you tell them your Christian, there telling you "Just go" i bet you wouldn't if there was any other religion,
When you change your name it means you dont want associated with very bad past.i see the blue wing will now become barclay ,why barclay only they will know why but if your a past patient who has sufferd under this particular wing with very badly run set up like me youl know why they are changing the name. Lessons learned i doubt it very much,just hope all future patients are treated with care respect and with a very good complaints dept in place so every patient is not discriminated against or ill treated
Lovely new building and very friendly staff, I phoned up in the morning and seen a GP the same day, good experience all round. Regards johnfrankland.
