my cat was taken to the pound after Chanel forgot to cancel the pick up from the council. i was told by her that she would cancel the council pick up and i was able to take my cat home 14/08. but when i arrived i got told by Chanel that she forgot to cancel the council pick up and my cat was taken to the pound and would have to pay a large fee. She then laughed at the situation as i walked out. I find this to be unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour.
Our GS ,Lulu has anxiety , arthritis and reoccurring dermatitis and doc IRINA is so good with her. We changed to this clinic 2 yrs ago and Doc IRINA is so caring and pro active towards what’s best for our baby Lulu and treatment options . Lulu is 7.5 years old and is having the best life living inside with us ,as our shadows and she’s receiving the best vet care from DOC IRINA at Clyde vet hospital.
