they need to be waaaaay more attentive to their customers! this is by far the worst service I've ever had in Sioux city. worse than chili's and that's saying a lot. I've never had to wait so long for an appetizer or my food the only thing that was correct was my drink orders. we waited forever for food and when we actually got it it was the wrong thing on both orders. my wife ordered ground beef nachos and ended up with shredded chicken nachos. The food is always good, the service is great, and you can tell they really take pride in their job. Plus their bathrooms are one of the cleanest I’ve seen. I can’t wait to go back to try something new!!!
We had dinner here tonight, Saturday with the homecoming crowd in full swing. Our server, a young man, was super polite, prompt and friendly even though he was busy. Husband had a French dip and I had chicken Alfredo. Both were awesome! We were impressed by both the food and service. We'll definitely be back.
