The Clyde James shop has outstanding customer service! I Bought some custom wheels online from them and They didn't fit my application(which was my fault). I called him one morning, and figured maybe I would hear later in the week, but he helped me the same day with sizing up spokes for different hub options. I don't live in the area but definitely plan to visit the shop. I Look forward to doing business in the future.

Clyde's a great guy with a cool shop, with extensive inventory. He gives everyone who comes in personal attention and really listens and responds to feedback. He has customized several cruisers for me and restored one old bike, his work quality is outstanding. Go see him !!
