We received our Commencement permit on 1-22-25. Through all phases on the project, Cosgrove Construction was knowledge, responsive and organized. We received our "Certificate of Occupancy" on 9.15.25, right on schedule. Our house was a unique design. Cosgroves's took it in stride. Price quoted on build in January remained the same through completion. No surprises. All of their subs were the best. We would use them again should we need to! We highly recomment them.
