On Wednesday, 25 Sep, while on a bicycle trip from Buffalo to Albany following the Erie Canal, while passing through Clyde, I fell and dislocated my elbow. My friend called 911 and I believe that one of your ambulances responded. I want to say that the care I received from your paramedics ( one was male, the other two were female, they left the hospital before I could get their names) was first rate.
