Having had some effective treatment last year I returned when I started experiencing pain in my left knee, which I was concerned was due to the onset of arthritis. Matt has been excellent in treating my wrist and neck problems. Although treatment is still ongoing his videos for my daily exercise have been very informative and helpful.
I've had chronic hip pain for many years and tried so many different therapies including injections, shockwave and dry needling with little/no sustainable improvement. After initially speaking to Matthew at my gym, I started treatment in July with low expectations, but just 3 months on the difference is significant. A combination of treatment, exercises and behaviour adjustments have resulted in a vast reduction in pain medication, increased mobility, strength and confidence. Highly recommend!
