At my job, the printer cartridge would not fit into the slot when I tried to change it so I called "Fireside/Clute" and asked for help and was transferred to Chris. He asked pertinent questions and said he would come by and check it out. Within 15 minutes..he was at the office with a new cartridge!! The problem was an error in the cartridge # and an incorrect fit, but he thought in advance and had brought the correct cartridge. I'm writing this review because THAT'S service!!! Thanks to your excellent staff!
