More than one month after ordering a $3,500 item, i got an email (no courtesy phone call) indicating that my "order status has changed to refunded." Keep in mind my wife and I were waiting and relying on this dresser for our new home. Very dissappointing. At least they did follow-up to my follow-up email promptly.

We did work for this business and had to take them to small claims court. Apparently the owner lacks basic reading and comprehension skills required to READ an agreement prior to signing. She was so abusive to my staff, that I went to her tiny store to try and resolve.. She called the sheriff. I’ve been in the security business for close to 50 years. This never happened before. We had an issue with a material not performing on one of the pillows we had purchased. Even though they don't guarantee the product, they gave us an immediate refund. The store is beautiful - I love the aesthetics and taste of their accessories, furniture and lighting.
Really poor customer service. Ordered a bed at the end of May during the memorial day sale. They never mentioned on the website that the bed was backordered and that I wouldn't receive it until November. A week later I get an email that the bed is no longer available and they issued me a refund.
