Okay this is Graham M again returning my my Jeep Wrangler again for the 7th or 8th time for a slave cylinder which they could not repair and rejected my warranty so I had to go across the street and pay $800 again to another garage clutch Masters is a complete rip-off they do not stick by their warranty and I found out that when they were putting the slave cylinder and they were replacing the PIN that holds the hosing in place I would pick it up one day and it would break down the next day. I was shocked when I came across the previous review. I have been taking my car to clutch masters for years and have never had a problem. Richard, the owner, has always treated me with great respect and explained everything to me in ways that i can understand. He has always been very concerned with my satisfaction and has even picked up my car from my home when I couldn't get it to him.
We have been taking our cars to Clutchmasters for the past year or so and have been robbed. I know sometimes mechanics have pretty hefty charges for minor work but they charged us $125.00 to make a small adjustment to the idle on her CR-V and then it only took them 5 minutes to do this. I had them change my clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder on my focus and they charged me almost $800.00 for this.
