I think the instructor should have a beginner moderate advance class I came into this class after gaining weight from covid . instructor was rude. Unsympathetic about me not being able to keep up with class I felt ashamed. And I felt uncomfortable to come back ……please do better and have sympathy for your client it already judge mental world and when your trying to get yourself in shape and then come here and made to feel ashamed of my work it helping and is discouraging and you should do better
